We have had zero down time in the last ~1yr on our underground fiber connection. If/when fiber goes down, Skylink and 5G cellular will keep things connected – but at a reduced data rates. This is fine for crypto mining but might impair some broadband intensive AI operations.
Power
We are a primary metering customer with our local power company, that means we bring 12,477V, three phase, directly from the power company and we then step the power down for use in the building. That’s 240VAC, single phase, for AI and 240VAC or 277VAC for crypto mining.
Our 12,477V underground connection, safe from wind and tree branches, is our primary power source and our only source for Crypto miners. We have had zero downtime in the last year.
We can provide generator backup power for AI customers at a very reasonable price of an additional $50/kW per month
We can provide full rack UPS, for the time between power out and generator start, on custom request.

Green Climate Control
Our Montana location, right near Glacier Park, is plenty easy to keep cool 9 months of the year, making us one of the greenest data centers in the world. In the summer, intake air can be on the warm side as we do not waste energy, or your money, or damage the planet, by buying or running expensive air conditioning units.
Our own crypto and AI gear runs all summer w/o problems and, as long as you keep good airflow and other cooling principals in mind, we expect yours will too. It’s all fresh mountain air straight from Glacier National Park.

Advanced Security
- AI Video Surveillance. We have the most advanced AI and Cloud video surveillance system available from Cloudastructure. There are an extensive number of high end Axis Communications cameras installed throughout the property.
- Remote Guarding. Part of our solution from Cloudastructure includes remote guarding during nighttime hours. Guards are alerted by the AI system to any person in or near the building. They look in in real time and can talk down to people onsite through IP speakers. They can also escalate incidents by live phone call to local staff, you (the customer), and police as needed.
- Speciality Cameras available for your rack/miners for only $99/mo, giving you 24/7 real time video of your equipment.
- Access control. We have card key access control for the facility.

AI Processing
AI computational units that contain three liquid cooled RTX4090’s and are available for $14,999
4090’s are much more cost efficient than H100’s or H200’s, and liquid cooling is the greenest and most efficient cooling system possible from a power standpoint.
We challenge you to deploy data center ready liquid cooled 4090’s for less than $5k/card from any other vendor, again with free shipping and zero sales tax if you deploy them here in Montana.
